In the heart of this cathedral we will stop for lunch. After bathing in the sea, we continue to paddle amongst the cliffs and into small sandy bays; we will continue along the coast until we arrive at the famous beach of “Cala D’Orzu”
Day 3 Bay of Cupabia We leave for a beautiful day’s paddling passing cliffs of dark basalt, which make for a dramatic contrast with the bright white sand and the turquoise blue waters. After a break for lunch under the shade of pine trees, we arrive at the bay of Cupabia for the night’s bivouac on one of the wonderful beaches.
Day 4 Porto pollo This morning we return briefly to civilization, by having a stopover in the village of Porto Pollo. From its small charming fishing harbour we get back into our kayaks and start paddling alongside a succession of beaches and bays. We pass the mouth of the river Taravo before arriving in Propriano. It’s in the middle of this magnificent landscape where we arrive at the beach of Portigliolo for bivouac again.
Day 5 Beach of Conca We continue towards our destination of Campomoro, for a visit to the biggest Genoese tower in Corsica. Today, we get the chance to glide through calm waters with our kayaks and bathe in areas where we can marvel at the sea floor which is scattered with small rocks and stones in various colours and forms. We then return to a tranquille bay and to the beach of Conca. It is on this small beach of fine sand in the heart of the maquis, where we can savour the evening.
Day 6 Bay of Tizzano Today we have a peaceful program with some free time to benefit from this paradise. We then leave the oak trees and the tamaris which boarder the lagoon; pass the Cap de Senetosa towards the Golf de Tizzano and discover the magnificent small bays there which underline the beauty of this exceptional site.
